In order to ensure accuracy of the data inputted and an efficient and prompt allocation of the member contributions, data is requested by Generali Worldwide in a specific excel format.

Depending on the plan structure chosen, the trustees and Generali Worldwide will work with the company during the setting up of the plan to design user-friendly forms in accordance with the specific rules of the plan.
