How to get a quotation for Investment

To enable Generali Worldwide to provide an accurate and relevant quotation, the following type of information will be required at the outset.

Basic Details

- Name and address of company.
- Structure of plan - Defined Contribution / Defined Benefit
- Direct insurance plan or under trust
- Number of employees
- Currency of quote
- Contribution levels / frequency
- Transfer-in value from another plan

Information Format

To enable Generali Worldwide to provide you with a quotation or specific plan details as efficiently and timely as possible, information should be provided in the Retirement & Savings Quotation Questionnaire, available for download on this page.

Please note that the Questionnaire with (INT) after the name is interactive for filling in on-screen - the other version is for printing out and filling in.

Additional Information

Once completed, please returned the Questionnaire to Generali Worldwide and a representative will contact you to discuss the structure and investment selection in more detail.

Generali Worldwide will then provide you with a quotation, listing the costs and the services available.

To accept the quote, please complete the proposal section at the end of the document and return it to Generali Worldwide by fax, email or post and we will then proceed through the implementation process.
