The Service Centre is designed to give our corporate clients online access to plans and individual member accounts, providing secure, anytime, anywhere access to up-to-date information. This service is specifically aimed at Plan Owners and Human Resources Managers, at both Headquarters and Regional Levels.
This tool demonstrates Generali Worldwide's ongoing commitment to service level enhancements for our corporate clients.
This secure system is updated each business day with the most up-to-date plan information available.
Service Centre users can make use of this innovative, secure Internet facility to view or print the following:
- Plan and Member Contributions
- Plan and Member Valuations
- Current Plan Values by Fund
- Plan Records and Contact Details
- Members Records and Contact Details
- The transactions will be recorded on the service from 1st January 2004.
The Service has six main search routes:

Each "route" provides an individual gateway to the plan records.
